Afternoon Light on Arthur's Seat

Today I left work before 4 to get in town for a 5pm event, so spent an hour wandering down the Royal Mile, around the Parliament, all the way up the Cowgate to the Grassmarket, then left past the College of Art and past the Crepe stand and back to the Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation. A good march!

The event was the launch of the new Carbon Conversations book In Time for Tomorrow. The event was good, but really late starting so I needn't really have left early! It was good to hear from the authors about their work and the course.

I then rushed home to Timmy, who had cooked a tasty chilli, with my bargain love-tokens from Sainsburys!
