Too much red?

I am not entirely sure about the outcome of my fast choice of what colour to paint behind the hob. In terms of using it to decide whether to go for a glass splashback that colour, well, I don't have the funds so can just defer the decision for a long time.

Other assessments so far = 1 (on Friday) who approved. He also commented that he could see a pattern emerging in some of my colour choices of late. Having said that, the red lipstick I bought some weeks ago is still yet to be worn beyond the make-up counter or outside of my house. One step at a time.
