Expensive parking fines

I woke up to the news that someone has said something about unnecessary and unsubstantiated parking fines.

Elbows has contested 3 parking fines this year and won 2 of them. His biggest victory was over a fine from a private company operating at Luton airport, which he earned whilst dropping off the twins without stopping!!!! He did save us a large sum.

My blip was taken as my 2 youngest fought hard in their game of monopoly. I had banned TV and digital gaming because their room was so untidy but they manoeuvred around the ban and played a board game.

Oh well. It's good for them I suppose ...
