Tortelloni

No I didn't actually make the tortelloni (little parcels of pasta stuffed with bolognese minced beef) but I did make the tomato sauce with a carton of chopped tomatoes, chili flakes, cayenne pepper powder, garlic, onion and some Italian herbs and a good slosh of whisky barrel aged beer from Eden Brewery, it was very tasty!
