"Me Man, Me Eat Meat."

Yep, another dinner Blip because I didn't have anything...

I dropped into the supermarket to pick up something for dinner, I was thinking of something simple like a pizza, I ended up going home with a sirloin steak! I quickly pan fried it in a little butter, the pepper sauce is actually from a packet (Coleman's powder) which said use semi skimmed milk but I decided to use single cream instead ;-) To be honest although the steak was nicely cooked, it didn't have a lot of flavour, serves me right for buying a cheap steak from the supermarket and the sauce was a bit "meh". Next time I'll get a quality steak from the butcher or farmers' market and make my own sauce with more flavour.
