...a bit of info on the company: L.M.D. Jewelry Manufacturing was around in 1959 and had facilities at 49 W 37th Street in NYC. In viewing other D`Vers items on the internet, I feel quite confident this is indeed a D`Vers item.
17" bib style necklace with 2 & 3 mm round rhinestones and 3 x 8mm baguette rhinestones. The  necklace marquise is 6 x 14 mm, the drop marquises are 4 x 7 mm and decreasing in size, while the earring marquises are 4 x 7 mm.  The main center bib design is 10 cm. across and 4 cm. wide. All rhinestones are prong set, most clear with five dull ones. Rhodium plate finish with a simple fold over clasp. Five smallest stones missing from the clasp.  Matching clip-on leaf shaped earrings are 1 3/8" long. 

Grandpa Peter died when Mum was 18. Many years later, when I was very young, Gran re-married on February 20, 1954.  Mum wore this lovely necklace and earring set as the Bridesmaid.
