I Want to Use the Special Mixer!

We decided to make cookies this afternoon. Dorien decided we needed to use the special mixer. Haven't been able to get to the store in over a week because of the ice. So we made pebber nodder, one of the few cookies we could make without special ingredients, you know, like chocolate chips. Haha The house smells of cardamom and cinnamon. Yum... And Dorien was so happy to use the big mixer. :) He did want cookies for dinner...
