       I took a standby telephoto of the sun shining on the rocky outcrop at home this morning.  When I arrived at Charlie and Donna's place in Albuquerque this evening I snapped an old bike out in the yard and am blipping that instead.  

       Uneventful drive to Albuquerque except for one little mishap on the slip road from east bound I40 to north bound I25 causing a little back-up.

       No news is good news.  Finally wrote a short letter to a life-long friend who lives in Woodbridge, Suffolk.
