the line between

i woke today to bright sun and blue sky.  this is not a good day for blipping (in my opinion).  give me rain, snow, fog, clouds, sleet, whatever, and i can find that soft grey that makes me happy.

but today - i saw absolutes.  sun and shade.  bright and dark.  i tried to understand the line between.  crisp and clear.  unequivocal.

later in the day, i went out again.  the light was softening.  the subject was still snow, but the tones were gentler.  less oppositional.  more reflective.  the line between seemed soft.  open to interpretation.  i thrive on the line between.  it turned out to be a good day.   the line between 2
