Inspired by the Celebrity great british bake off

I do have a fondness for profiteroles. When I got my new oven in my last house, it was the first recipe I made, and I sat on a stool in the kitchen watching them rise through the glass oven door. I felt inspired to try again, and was requested by M as a weekend treat. Happy with them so far!
