Down by the riverside

Not as idyllic as it sounds as there is a certain section of Phnom Penh near the popular riverside where so-called girly bars and other places of ill repute proliferate. It can be a fairly depressing place at any time of the day.

Unfortunately there is a cafe in this area that serves the best burrito in town so I meet my friend Allison there from time to time.

This truck of sugar cane and general street scene is a lot less offensive than many things I could have captured around here...
