Cheers! No blipping moment today, I failed to find an opportunity at the cinema, so my brother and I are you toasting your health upon our return home.

We've been to see a Dutch movie, about Michiel de Ruyter, a Dutch admiral in the 17th century who won several sea battles against the English and the French. Sorry guys.... ;-) He even managed to sail up the Thames and destroy the English fleet. ...

Unfortunately in the end he got in the middle of disputes on Dutch soil between those who were loyal to the prince of orange (a later king of England) and those who weren't. He was loyal to his country and his county alone, so he was sent on a mission doomed to fail and got killed in battle. At least he got an honorary funeral and an impressive grave.
