12 today

I had to get up early and go into work to play catch up and get simple errands done.
Went on to see my dear friend and daughter who was 12 today- where did that time go?!?!
Came home to run with K which was brilliant as I still had plenty left to give and more fuel in the reserves. After K had gone I ran to the mobile library and back to collect my latest book. IP has got me hooked up to all sorts of info on split races, split miles, averages, elevations etc etc.
