Sunset
Today, I went to Heacham again and spent most of the afternoon there. The tide was right out when I arrived, but it was such a nice day that I was happy to linger, despite the cold.
There is very little noise at Heacham and it was quite eerie to listen to the tide coming in. It really doesn't hang about and this time there were definite waves. (Last time, there were barely ripples to announce the incoming tide.) I took 3 of these shots and in the ten minutes or so it took, the tide had nearly reached the end of this groyne.
By the time I left the beach, twenty minutes later, the furthermost post was virtually underwater.
