This bud of a Crinum bulb will open to produce predominantly white petals with a gentle hint of pink.
 
I’m pleased many of you liked yesterday’s blip. Thank you for all the encouraging comments, stars and hearts. It was fun trying something quite different!

I should have mentioned that I gave the photo a slight crop - otherwise the arty design was as I photographed it. I’m sure you recognised the ‘kiss’ from a seed head, but the coloured background was a wilting agapanthus flower and a recently formed green seedpod.


Once again I have used two extension tubes together - 31mm & 13mm
