San Antonio

San Antonio is a good example of a city with a people focused centre. The river runs through the city and a wonderful riverwalk winds along the river, with gardens, art, cafes and bars, and all manner of small shops, as well as a large mall.

It is also a very historic city with the Alamo, and the Missions being  important parts of the history of the city, the state of Texas and the United States.
