Feeling under the weather

Yesterday I went out shopping for my  holiday because I need smaller clothes now - yippee with daughter #2 and felt distinctly unwell.  I think it was my turn for a taste of the bug that has gone through the family.  Never mind - today I feel so much better, although the same cannot be said for poor little Missy.  I have written before about her feline herpes, which manifests itself as an eye ulcer which flares from time to time.  The frequency with which this happens just when we are about to go away is astonishing!  We've been treating her with her usual antivirals to get the eye to settle but I think a visit to the vet is required to get some extra treatment!
