Quilted Tit

The annual trip to the Spring Quilt Festival with my Mum this morning. The array of unbelievably complex textiles was staggering as usual but this piece by Delia Cecil (just a wee detail of Eco Birds shown here), with its hand dyed fabrics and beautifully embroidery, was my favourite by far. Best stall? Definitely still the Japanese fabric stall with it's huge array of kits. Close second was the Irish one full of amazing soft tweed pieces. Just one problem - what to make?
