Village Roadworks

An emergency blip today taken in the grey and rain that has been with us all day.
This is a shot of the three way roadworks in the middle of my village. They are very slow and in the week there will be a queue of traffic each way.
 
They are laying new gas pipes which will take two weeks. It's not long since the road was dug up in the same place (I can't remember what they were doing then) but it would make sense to do everything that was needed at the same time.
