Hard At Work

Picked up two hot and grumpy children from school this afternoon. So when we got home, I gave them an ice pop, and then sent them out into the garden to do some chores!

And do you know what, they got on better doing that for me than they have for weeks... and they really enjoyed it apparently! Bet they wouldn't if I asked them to do it too often! But hey it diffused what could have been a difficult afternoon.
