A pressing engagement

All washing done, but I haven't touched the ironing yet. It'll have to wait.
We heard just before lunch that some friends from over the border will be arriving tomorrow until Tuesday. Unfortunately I've got to go to work, but at least I'll get to see them in the evening (although I've had to give my apologies to the committee of a meeting I was supposed to attend).
Good job they're summer clothes so we won't need them for a while.
I've also developed another cold, so they will love me at work.
