Beach sculpture

We have been for a windy walk along Lowestoft beach this afternoon. We came across this beach sculpture. It looks a bit like what you might find in the Tate Modern and contemplate if it is wonderful or utter tat.
As it was on the beach and was made of flotsam and jetsam washed up onto the shore I have decided in this instance it is wonderful.
