Marathon training
If it was easy everyone would be doing it. I've found doing my long runs have messed with my head. Doubting my ability to run which I know is silly.
Had to have a stern talk to myself, a few drops of rescue remedy and off I continued. Soon the miles were ticked off and chuffed I managed 14.1 miles. The .1 is very important.
Tried an ice bath to aid muscle recovery, by heck it was cold and legs do feel ok.
Another week done bring on next weeks training schedule :)
