The rainy view from the office window made it far more acceptable to be sat at my desk for most of today. I'm prepared for another busy half-term but can't predict the surprises that come from working with young people.

Started day with a much needed run followed by coffee and catch up. Felt much better than yesterday's spin but still off pace due to tooth which seems ridiculous.

Slow cooked chicken curry brought the three of us together from our studies this evening.
