Marmalade

Tried my hand at marmalade making today. More work than I expected and a tad stressful when it looked as if it wasn't going to reach that crinkley saucer test point. Eventually I threw in my wooden spoon with a cry of "**!!##*!! It, we'll just have lots of orange sauce" and bottled the damn stuff. At which point the sticky orange goo laughed heartily and promptly set.

I shall exact my revenge by spreading it thickly on my toast tomorrow morning.
