Friends Sidney and James stayed over last night as we had a tea party to go to today. Had a wonderful slow morning and a huge English breakfast.
Made our way to our joint friends birthday tea. Our joint friend is Justine who has had the lung transplant. She has been doing burlesque for a while and wants to start performing on her own. We had a surprise performance and she is great. I just wish I had some of her confidence.
She has also been asked to take part in a TV documentary to highlight the need for donor organs. She is going on an expedition to Ecuador. First she has to do some training in Scotland. If that goes well she will be off in June or July. I think she is so lucky to have this oppertunity.
We got home from the tea party, said goodbye to our friends then Louise's mum and dad turned up. I just had to blip Maggie...Louises mum...looking very happy. Louise sent back a few gifts and other items with us to pass over and they came to look at our photos from our holiday.
Good new from Alex. He has an interview in Melbourne on March 10th. Looks like they also have a house to move into when they get there.....keeping fingers crossed for them.
