A Magnificent Day

Except for the gusty, cold East wind that blew in, but because of that East wind, you can see every detail on Mt. Hood.  We went for a short drive out and about and we went down the road, to the dead end, where the little Wildlife Botanical Garden is, and when we turned around, whoa!  This fantastic scene was before us, and I figured I'd deep six the backyard bird image in favor of this one.
