Liverpool beware

Monkey's up in Liverpool this weekend for work and so it seemed a brilliant idea to have a bit of a catch up in the process, with Val -on the left- coming over from Manchester and me coming up from the Shrew.

Great to catch up, even if we didn't quite convince Val to stay overnight.
This was in what seemed very much like a 'local' in the centre of town, where we also seemed to have gatecrashed a wake of some sort.  Everyone was dressed in black and there was some pretty depressing karaoke going on too...we didn't stay too long in there.
