Dry Toast.

2nd time lucky, I wrote out this before, but didn't seem to Publish yet somehow it says I have an entry for this date!!

I lived on Dry Toast for approx a week, thanks to my daughter who became my nurse over the last 2 weeks. After a week of dry toast I went onto Toast with Pure Margerine.
Not only did I have Terrible Back Pain I was awfully sick & my daughter was with me every step of the way helping me.
I compared the pain to childbirth, YES, the pain was that bad!!
I have only just started to eat properly over the past few days & feel I am on the road to recovery.
