My First Picture

Today I will have Blipped for 365 days. It has been an amazing experience all around.  I have traveled  to take photos to places I may not have otherwise, I have traveled virtually all over the world with you and have virtually met  so many  new wonderful and interesting people.  I have become more curious and am trying to learn new skills.  Best of all I have become part of a most awesome, caring, and kind community.  

It seems fitting that I enter this blip for today.  I was given a Brownie Camera for my birthday when I was 8 years old.  I  was  given an album to go with it, which has somehow been saved for almost 60 years.    The first picture I took, as it was the first in the album, is from my birthday party— and front and center is my sister KD, who introduced me to Blip.
