Seeds

I think my blipping has been pretty uninspired lately, so this morning I set out to the mercado to capture something I could possibly include in the next Palapa Art Show - colorful, dramatic, unique, Mexican (some of the criteria my wife and I use to select images for enlargement). I passed two agua fresca carts while walking along Calle Los Cocos. Both had containers of watermelon and orange next to each other, but this version had visible seeds that added a touch of black to the vibrant red and orange colors. Not sure if it will make the cut for the next show, but I felt better about actively searching for an image rather than "making do" with something that came along.
