Bit of a quick 50 down the pool at lunchtime inbetween working at work and working at home. Thanks to the ever-friendly pool attendant who put on a lane for me as well - that's service for you!

Dentist later on, I think I might be one of the few people who actually likes going and I can't quite put my finger on why I like going, I think I just find the whole process interesting. And, luckily for me, due to a bit of minor work that needs doing I get to go again in a couple of weeks time. Can't wait...
