Master Baker

If ever a term needed changing... (I'm sure that my blippers will come to my rescue with a better alternative). This is Jess, sister of Kirsty- two very talented women. Jess is the baker at a community bakery which is almost opposite Anfield. Today she was making the pastry cases for pies. The fillings were also being made on the premises. They came with her recommendation, even though she is vegetarian. And they were absolutely delicious. (As was the sweetcorn and chilli soup). Jess has already achieved fame on the One Show and been invited out to Goa to teach baking. Early morning rises are obviously not too much of a problem, since she has also maintained her position as a DJ in Manchester.
