MORE MARMALADE

Seem to have given most of the last batch away - so I've  built up a bit of a reserve - am sitting here listening to the jar caps "tock"  as the cooling vacuum clicks in.

Have kept back the last two Seville oranges  in the deep-frieze to mix with blood oranges when they arrive in April. They're much less funky than the Sevilles, but the colour is just glorious!!
