Cookery book

Inspired by JohnH1989 and his old cookery book blip. I found this old recipe booklet given to me whilst at school back in 1969.
The recipe shown amazes me
"marinated Rump steak"
A meal for 4 persons total cost 19 Shillings in metric money roughly 90p
That's inflation for you :)
