Trimming basil

Previously, I only bought plants of basil and I used to cut off just some leaves. Now, I'm growing basil from seed, so I looked up when I could first cut them, and found out I always cut them the wrong way! I was fascinated to read you should cut them off over they're 5+ leaf sets high, and then cut just above the second set, and two new branches will form. I was a bit skeptical about that, but here you go, the proof! :D
