Thing Found Hanging on a Fence

Which photo to post today presented a bit of a problem. The other candidates are in my Blipfolio under May 24th. One or two are probably superior to this one from a purely technical point of view but I couldn't resist blipping this and having blipped it I thought, well why not! Let's post it and have a giggle. Do you think I did right or have I boobed?
