Can you really roast In a microwave...?

The answer is 'yes you can'!

We still have a few days to wait until we get our new cooker so tried out the 'oven' on our new combi microwave.

I was pretty sceptical but it actually did the job, a few timing/space issues on our part but essentially we ended up with crispy skin on the chicken and roast potatoes!

Who would've thought...
