A blipper?

I find the number plates over here quite fascinating as instead of the usual mix of letters and numbers which we have in the UK, here anything goes. In the past I have spotted "Litlone", "hotrod", "midwife", "macho", "Ollie" and today I noticed this one in the car park so I just had to snap and blip it.
A cold weather front has swept across parts of the US and in Las Vegas there has been great excitement as snow fell even in parts of the valley ( although it is still 2,000' high) and the day brought the coldest February temperature since 2001. TV viewers were even asked to phone in if they experienced rainfall! The excitement was palpable at the ski resort at Mt Charleston which recorded feet of new snow and down here in the valley we had to wear our winter coats. Thoughts go to those who bore the brunt of the weather and for whom the cold weather was nothing short of destructive.
