The Annual Test - 2nd try

Every year our cars have to go through the annual test.  This year our car actually failed on a couple of points and had to return after they were fixed.
The fog lamps were still a bit high but the mechanic doing the testing grabbed a spanner and did a little adjustment himself, until they were correct.
