Capitol

The Capital in question was once a cinema. Then a cafe bar. Then a nightclub. Now merely a facade.

The granite front of the place and adjoining shops and hotel, are in the middle of a transformation into a city centre office block.

I know, I know.
Yawn.
But they were empty and run down.
