Lunch at Carluccio's

Today I met an old friend for lunch at Carluccio's in Paddington Street. It was good to catch up and I enjoyed the set lunch menu - very boring of me - I always have the same thing: brushetta followed by Milanese di Pollo with a side salad. And a glass of prosecco. I also like the shop front here where they have kept the old sign "Long & Co Ltd" - long gone now. I have spent just a couple of minutes trying to find out who Long & Co might be but have only come up with a firm of dental accountants! I don't think that it can be them but in the meantime I didn't even know that there was such a thing as dental accountants. We live and learn.
