Mr. Chubs

I almost posted a squirrel again, but decided to go with something different; a blue jay. This fella was one of several jays that were delighted when I hung out a new large woodpecker seed cake at the bird buffet. I got several pictures of them at the feeder, but when he flew up into the nearby tree, I snapped this one. Blue jays aren't usually chubby birds, but this was another very cold day and the puffed up feathers make him look rather rotund, don't you think?
