Feeding the baby

The seed cake was being demolished by a starling feeding a very hungry fledgling.

Quiet day today - took 2 hours to get my darling daughter up and out of bed!

Went swimming this afternoon and swam a mile - 59 mins - My daughter came with me and swam about 4 lengths and then spent the rest of the time talking to the lifeguard - it was a good job I wasn't drowning - and about half an hour in the showers.
