Last Training

Its great coaching university students; if you can get the tempo right then the students enjoy their sport and it makes a good environment to leave their studies behind for a couple of hours.

My 4th team have worked really hard this season and have won more games than they've lost. But today its time to start the process of saying good-byes as finals fast approach and all being well they will graduate in the summer and enter the big wide world of work.

Captain Helena is the first of several players who have come training with me for the last time.
