Moorhen

Found another good spot for waterfowl today. Christleton pond is a popular spot for the locals to feed the ducks and there is an enormous population of mallards. They must have thought I had brought some food for them as they surrounded me as I walked around the edge of the pond. Amongst the mallards there were also moorhens, coots, swans and a pair of cormorants so I will return here.

This will be the last post for a few days so I'll be back-blipping next week.
