Pakchoy Stew

One of the Ellaphant's favourites!

I thought I'd do the cooking tonight.  The pakchoy at the supermarket was really fresh.  We'd run out of garlic and onions so I went to get some.  By the time I returned, I was really hypoglycemic, so we had one doughtnut each as dinner simmered.

A rainy but, more importantly, a quiet day.  My arms whined occasionally and I ignored them but I didn't nag them either.  I sometimes have to stand this way because they're no longer that elastic.

Dinner was yummmm!
