The tower...

This was the view from where I was teaching today. The beige tower with the black top is soon to be renovated. They have already erected a ladder up the side, and are about to put scaffolding around the black section. I had a discussion with someone from health & safety about how they had considered going up to check on the safety aspects - but decided not to. I did volunteer to do it for him (come on - how often do you get a chance to go up a tower like that??!!) but he wasn't having any of it!
