On another note, thank you for all your support, particularly with my weight loss blips, I am feeling overwhelmed at the moment, head working over time, not even sure what about half the time but it is why I haven't entered many comments.  I am hoping my head will switch off once I leave the building on Friday.

In the meantime enjoy this track, it is my getting out of bed and getting dressed track which has been played every morning for the last month along with as many tracks on my 'happy' playlist as there is time for.  Nothing like a good dance in the morning to get me smiling.
