Squidgey tyre on the way into work after pumping it up the night before.  A slow puncture.  Slow enough to let me get into work but enough to warrant changing it at lunchtime.

Lucky I did as I ended up getting back with MisterBee who always kinda half drags me along when we cycle back together.

Knackered....
